Our client is a vertically integrated manufacturer of PV cells, modules and custom-designed solar power applications and has 10.000 employees around the world. The company is one of the fastest growing companies and has subsidiaries in North-America, Europe and Asia.
For this company, we are looking for a Sales Manager EMEA who manages and develops customer accounts in line with business strategy and marketing plan and sells company´s products in order to achieve sales targets.
Your tasks will include
- Sales development
- Execution of the sales management process focused in the closure of supply
relationships with Accounts
- Locate account’s decision makers and build stable sales relationship
- Solve all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account
- Gather, document and analyze detailed account information
- Define opportunities and sales proposals
- Analyze input from sales planning and credit management and revise offers
accordingly
- Negotiate price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer
- Close deals and coordinate contracting
- Liaise with order fulfillment to support if required on product delivery, accounts receivables management for collection and sales tech for customer care
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
- Represent the company’s brand in front of sales accounts
- Create awareness and demand for company products
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at
all times
- Document sales process and ensures high data accuracy
- Manage company risks involved in sales process
- Ensure compliance to internal procedures and policies and external regulation and
standards
The desired qualifications are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or comparable;
Master’s degree a plus
- Two or more years of experience in sales an PV or semiconductor market;
PV module or inverter sales experience
- Good MS Office skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop individual competencies
- High commitment and flexibility
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
- Proactive attitude, high initiative to take on challenges and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills
- High flexibility and willingness/ability to travel (estimated 75%)
- English fluently; additional languages according to sales area preferred
