Principal Responsibilities
Set up cash flow modeling to analyze investment in solar projects in different European countries
Develop and maintain relationships with financing entities and equity providers
Conduct project finance due diligence
Structure and execute solar project finance transactions
Knowledge and Requirements
3+ years experience in project financing
Good understanding of key tax issues with different deal structures is preferred
Structured finance and M&A experience would be a big advantage
Solar or other renewable energy industry background is preferred
Master degree in finance is preferred
Travel is required up to 30%
Language Skills
Fluent with English and German
Other European languages are desirable
